Shopping online is an art, let us help...

It is our priority for Zoe + Lowe customers to love what you purchase from us!  Full priced items are eligible for return within 10 days of delivery.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@zoeandlowe.com or visit your order email.

Items we do not accept for return:

To maintain the highest product standards, we do not accept returns of sale items, final sale items, accessories, lingerie, bodysuits or swim wear. You can always contact us and one of our style consultants can help with selecting the right size.

Our Mistakes:

If we make a mistake sending you an incorrect size, wrong product or damaged garment, we will happily correct your order by sending you a shipping label to return the incorrect product. We ask that you let us know within 2 business days of delivery. Send us an email to: hello@zoeandlowe.com

Your shopping experience is our priority, let us know what the issues are, and we will work with you to find solutions.

Zoe + Lowe Return Policy:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • We offer complimentary shipping for our customers, however we do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs for returns.

  • Items must be free of damage, and have original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, scents, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, swimsuit coverups and undergarments are non-returnable.
  • Accessories are non-returnable.
  • Returns are processed within 2-10 business days after your item(s) have been received and inspected.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@zoeandlowe.com and provide a picture of the damaged item.
  • Return packages must include the packing slip. 
  • Zoe + Lowe is not liable for any returned packages that may get lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Zoe + Lowe reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse any return.
